Condominiums – 628 condominium units in two towers. The first tower, Hokulani, sold out in just one day. Select one, two, and three bedroom condominiums are available in the second and final condominium offering, Konea.

Townhomes – Tucked amid aromatic gardens and meandering streams you’ll find Na Hale Luana, an intimate setting of 72 townhomes featuring private entry gardens, outdoor BBQ kitchens, and semi-private pools amid lush, native landscaping.

Pools – Honua Kai will feature 3 distinct pool experiences, including a formal pool with infinity edge, a Keiki (kids) pool with waterslide, interactive waterpark, and waterfall, and a meandering river pool.

Duke’s Maui – Honua Kai will be home to the newest Duke’s restaurant located beachside at the resort. Duke’s Maui will be operated by TS Restaurants and will offer 7,500 square feet of indoor and patio dining and will service all three pool decks and provide in-room dining service to both condominium towers.

Spa – Honua Kai will feature an 8,300 sq. ft spa providing dry and wet treatment rooms, steam rooms, lounge, and outdoor treatment kiosk facilities. The spa will be located in the lobby of the Konea condominium tower.

Fitness Facilities – Both condominium towers will feature fitness facilities for use by resort guests.

Concierge Rental Program – Honua Kai will offer full concierge and valet service for owners and guests, as well as an optional rental program operated by Intrawest, owner/operators of resorts worldwide including Whistler/Blackcomb, , Mt. Tremblant, , and Sandestin, Florida.
